Do Residents Of Wyoming Believe In Global Warming? [POLL]
From a state that depends a lot on natural resources to survive it was no surprise that only 60% of residents in Wyoming believe in global warming, according to Yale University.
That number may seem high to most but we are below the national average which is 70%. Teton County at 79% believe and Albany County at 74% are the highest counties in the state. Some of the neighboring counties like Lincoln are 55%, Sweetwater is 56% and Sublette is 61%. For us here in Laramie County, 66% of residents believe in global warming.
This all started because the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control said big changes need to happen or by 2030 global warming will have a tremendous effect on weather-related events.
