Dan Ostermiller has brought his 'Garden Gone Wild' exhibit to the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, according to KGWN.

Dan is a Cheyenne native who now lives in Colorado. His love for animals and sculpting came from his father who was a taxidermist. Dan has traveled all over the world seeing animals in their natural habitats. That's what allows him to make the sculptures so life-like. He has sculptures of all types of wildlife and your favorite barnyard animals as well.

The Botanic Gardens will have 20 bronze animal statues on display, they unloaded them Tuesday to get them into place.

These pieces have traveled all over the country being displayed at many different gardens and museums. Dan just loves the process of creating art and then seeing it come to life for people to enjoy.

"All of it's my favorite," Ostermiller told KGWN. "I mean, just the people you meet, you know being able to speak with the people through my art."

All the pieces are available to purchase and smaller versions are available as well in the Tilted Tulip Gift Shop inside the Botanic Gardens.

In the video below you can get a great look at Ostermiller's status when they were displayed in another garden.
