Big O Tires Thankful Thursday Car Giveaway Winner Is…

Congratulations to Sasha as she is the winner of the 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix, according to a press release.

During the 2019 spring, Thankful Thursday season Big O Tires donated a car to be auctioned off at the end of the season to a family in need. There were 13 different charities helped this season and each week people were encouraged to donate to the Big O Tires car giveaway. For every $50 donated each night of Thankful Thursday, another ticket went in the drawing for the car for that charity for the night. Over $12,000 was raised just for the car giveaway.

Family Promise of Cheyenne was the charity that won the Big o Tires Car Giveaway. Once the charity was alerted, they went to work in order to find that one family that deserved this car more than anyone. That person was Sasha, she is a single mother of two kids.

“Participating in Thankful Thursday is one of our favorite annual fundraisers,” Jack Floyd, owner of Big O Tires of Cheyenne said in a press release. “It is such a great event to bring our community together and help support important local nonprofits. We were thrilled to be able to donate a refurbished vehicle to help raise funds this season.”

Big O Tires are not the only ones to thank, Napa Auto Parts of Cheyenne and Affordable Towing helped get this car in great shape and ready for a new owner.
