Working Women In Wyoming Make Less Than Men

For every dollar that a man makes doing the same job as a woman in Wyoming, the woman only makes 77 cents on the dollar, according to the American Association of University Women.

That means there is a 23 percent pay gap between men and women.  The study looked at the strengths of each state's current equal pay laws as well as current federal laws.  Also, they analyzed the needs of each state in order to make sure there are strong equal pay protections for its residents.

Luckily, if a woman wins the Cowboy Country Cash Cow contest, they will be paid the full amount.
