Take A Tour Of The Wyoming Gold Rush Tunnel

150 years ago in 1868 Wyoming saw a gold rush. South Pass City is the home of English Channel mining tunnel, where you can now take a tour.

Starting on September 1st between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., groups of six will be able to take a tour of the tight fit tunnel. The English Channel is in a secluded area that requires about a mile and a half walk to get there, according to County 10.  Wear good hiking shoes and clothes you don't care about getting dirty, it may get muddy.
