Northwest College Raising Money for New Classroom Building [AUDIO]

General Motors Co. will recall 249,260 midsize sport utility vehicles to correct a potential fire hazard. The Northwest College board has approved a plan to raise $5 million dollars for a new classroom building from four sources, none of which involve raising taxes. Doug Randall reports.
