Wyoming OSHA Fines Sinclair Oil for Safety Violations

The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Salt Lake City-based Sinclair Oil for 11 violations at its Sinclair Refinery in Sinclair, Wyoming.

Carbon county officials say they are optimistic that a Texas company will follow through on plans to construct a plant to turn coal into gasoline by 2016. Doug Randall reports.
