How expensive will flights be when the Cheyenne Regional Airport begins daily nonstop service to Dallas/Fort Worth in November? The answer depends on your final destination.

If you're staying in Dallas, flying from Cheyenne looks like a good deal. Tickets for the first American Airlines flight on November 4th are currently $145 one-way or $189 round-trip returning the following day. That's considerably cheaper than the $225 round-trip ticket from Denver International Airport to DFW on American and only slightly more expensive than the cheapest round-trip flight from Denver to Dallas, which is $166 on Spirit Airlines.

Flying to other destinations, however, will be much pricier from Cheyenne. The cheapest round-trip ticket from Cheyenne to New York City, with a connection in Dallas, is $452. A nonstop flight on the same day from DIA to New York is $195 on Delta and $234 on American.

One thing's for sure. Parking will definitely be a whole lot cheaper in Cheyenne.
