Thompson: Malting/Distilling Plans Moving Ahead

Laramie County Commissioner Troy Thompson says planning on a possible malting facility and distillery is moving ahead.

Thompson says the company which is interested in building the plant, Wyoming Malting, is currently working on a grant application through the Wyoming Business Council.

He says a possible location for the plant has also been identified. If it does become a reality the new plant is expected to create 5 or 6 jobs in the Pine Bluffs area
