A Wyoming man is dead after rolling his SUV on Interstate 25 near Douglas, the Highway Patrol says.

The Army says new information and research led to the verification of Little Plume's remains.

"He volunteered to go on his first deployment right out of training.... He has the biggest heart for people he cares about. Hes doing such a brave thing with all hes been thru."
