A 26-year-old transient is behind bars after allegedly setting fire to six dumpsters in downtown Cheyenne Wednesday morning.

Police say a 20-year-old Torrington woman is dead following a Tuesday morning crime spree in the community.

A suspect is in custody after Torrington police say a string of crimes were committed in the community, including a homicide.

Cheyenne police say a 36-year-old transient is to blame for an Aug. 23 fire at the Guest Ranch Motel.
