Step Up Cheyenne is going on today at the Community House at Lion's Park, next to the Children's Botanic Gardens today until 2pm.

Step Up Cheyenne is a challence for Cheyenne residents to get healthy by minor exercise and a good healthy diet. No pre- registration is needed, just stop by before 2pm today, pay the $10 fee and you are entered.
