Sleep Yourself Thin?
New studies say if your younger children get regular sleep, they are less likely to be obese.
It doesn't matter what their current weight is; if children get an average of 8 hours of sleep a night, they tend to be less overweight.
Kids who slept in on weekends to catch up on lost hours of sleep tended to be overweight.
Regular sleep for children seems to keep them at a healthier weight and keeps them in better moods.
