Every year it's the same thing, people want to see Garth Brooks, George Strait and Bob Seger play at the Daddy of 'em All.

So why doesn't Cheyenne Frontier Days give the people what they want?

According to CFD General Chairman Jimmy Dean Siler, they simply can't afford it.

"We just can't get Bob to do an outdoor venue and both George and Garth are just too expensive for us if we don't want to raise our ticket prices," said Siler.

Siler says they've contemplated raising ticket prices -- which generally range between $52 and $76.

"We would have to have everybody on board understand that we have to raise these ticket prices because we're paying a lot of money for these people to come and entertain you," said Siler.
