Let’s face it, we’ve all either been the victim of road rage,or we’re outraged by other drivers and tend to flip the middle finger.  How do you handle road rage?

A company who offer roadside assistance called AutoVantage, released some shocking results of a survey they did on "Road Rage in America 2014," and it shows a few differences than their study they conducted back in 2009.  Some things like tailgating has dropped, however how we express our disapproval of other drivers is up.

For example, honking the horn is up by 12% and cursing at drivers is up 8%, shaking our fists at other drivers is also up by 4%, and giving the middle finger to drivers up 3%.  Some of these statistics aren't really shocking, but this study did reveal other shocking news, we’re actually driving safer!

Talking on your cell phone while driving is down 15%, speeding is also down by 12%, eating while driving is down 12%, and tailgating has dropped down to 6%.  Unfortunately, when it comes to texting and driving, that’s up by 9%.

When it comes to what city has the nicest drivers, this survey says it’s Portland,Oregon, while Houston's on top of the list…of the most rude drivers nationwide.

How are we in Cheyenne?  Do you see a lot of road rage in Cheyenne?  How do you handle it?  Have you been in a fit of rage over other drivers in Cheyenne, and if so, what was the cause of your road rage?
