So here we are again... close to ending another year and starting up a brand-spanking-new one.  I think this is what is commonly known as the time to make those dreaded New Year’s resolutions! We all make them, but do we stick with them? For how long?

We have good intentions to quit smoking, drinking, eating unhealthy foods. To get more exercise, more time with family, less stress.

Trust me, not only have I heard them all, I’ve DONE them all, without fail, only TO fail. 

This year is no different for me: I plan to do all of the above in hopes that this year will be the year that I succeed after I've tried and tried again. Even though I can't keep a resolution to save my life. I can't be the only one.
