Rating Cheyenne Drivers

Where would you grade drivers in Cheyenne?

A lot of friends and family I've had visit Cheyenne have commented on the "aggressiveness" of drivers from our city. Compared to other cities in Wyoming, it is a little fast paced, but after hanging out in Los Angeles... we still have it pretty good!
