Mom Wants To Ban Justin Bieber From Her Daughter

So I'm sure you've heard by now that Justin Bieber's in trouble AGAIN. This time for drag racing under the influence of alcohol and drugs!

He was tossed in a Florida holding cell until he was bailed out of jail the next day (today).  Reports say that both Justin's mom and dad were in on his latest hijinks, and now one mom is really upset.

Since Justin's latest brush with the law--just after his last ordeal allegedly egging his neighbor's house causing $20,000 worth of damage.... and cops finding drugs at Justin's house.... the mother of an 11-year-old  doesn't want this teen heartthrob to be a major influence anymore, and told her daughter that she wants all Justin Bieber albums, pictures, posters (ANYTHING Bieber) removed from her house immediately!

However her daughter thinks that her mom is overreacting and that Justin has been the subject of public scrutiny, and that everything that's happened, including this latest stint, is NOT Justin's fault.  The mother is not buying any excuses that either she or Justin has come up with, and says that she wouldn't want Justin Bieber to influence her any more than she would want Miley Cyrus to.

Who would you side with in this argument, the mom or the daughter? Should Justin be banned? Or should he be given a pass since, after all, he's just a poor celebrity?
