Two men are facing federal drug charges after a Wyoming trooper found 2.5 pounds of heroin in their car.
According to court documents, 26-year-old Eduardo Aguilar and 34-year-old Juan Manuel Castillo-Padilla were pulled over on Interstate 80 east of Cheyenne on Dec. 8 for having expired tags.
The stop led to a search of the vehicle, and 2.5 pounds of heroin were found in the liner of a coat that was on the back seat.
Aguilar and Castillo-Padilla were arrested and have been charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin.
