Not too long ago, during the evening hours, I was driving home when my cell phone alerted me to a new text.  I picked it up and checked it, not really caring that this smart phone lit up very bright.  Next thing I know, I see a police car close behind me.

"Oh yeah, it's against the law to talk or text in Cheyenne while driving"  The officer's lights were not on.....yet.  I quickly shut off the phone screen and put it down.

The police car followed me for  a few minutes then finally turned.   Don't think they are not watching you to see if you're on the phone.  I had a close call (ha, ha) but now I just let the phone ring.  Cheaper that way.
