Cheyenne’s Best Mexican Food?

You guys were great when I asked, where is Cheyenne's best burger? And, what's your favorite bar in town? 

After exploring a few burgers and bars in town, I'm craving some Mexican food.

While I was living in the Southwest, I got to experience some great Mexican places.  My expectations of Mexican in Cheyenne weren't too high until I started researching. Apparently there are a lot of places with great reviews in town.

So, I'm asking you... what's your favorite Mexican place in town and what should I order there?
