A co-worker from Townsuqare Media Casper did a search for best breakfast places in Cheyenne and decided the one with the best reviews was the Luxury Diner.

Being relatively new to Cheyenne, I thought I'd ask for some insight. Is the Luxury Diner the best place to grab breakfast?  I've heard great things about R&B Breakfast Club. The Egg and I is always great, and I like Village Inn, IHOP, Perkins, all the usual suspects.
