Cheyenne Residents May Notice Odor From Refinery

Laramie County Fire District#1 has issued the following statement on the department facebook page:

"Holly Frontier Refinery is experiencing a Coker overheating. The situation is under control and there is no need to evacuate. You may smell a sulfur or gas smell."

The odor will be more noticeable in certain areas near the refinery.
