Cheyenne Frontier Days Adds Rodeo Event On July 18

CINCH Rodeo Shootout hosted by Cheyenne Frontier Days: Eight Champions, Five Events, One Afternoon.

CFD announced the addition of a new event on opening day on July 18. The CINCH Rodeo Shootout. This is an invitational format that is heralded as Rodeo's Tournament Of Champions. Five events: Bareback riding, barrel racing, bull riding, saddle bronc riding and steer wrestling.

Tickets on sale April 4 and season tickets holders get first dibs. Fans in attendance will get to vote via text messaging system to choose which livestock, in which order and their favorite cowboys will ride in the championship round. Over $70,000 is on the line, in one single afternoon.
