Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority Report Card: ‘C’ [Poll]
Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority did a survey. Just looking over results, the group saw some negativity.
The DDA also tracked how well 66 different goals have been accomplished. All are done except six that are almost finished. 10 are in the works. Director Amy Surdam mentioned just three fell victim to change in direction.
Basically it's no surprise the biggest challenge is funding. There is that free bike-sharing program. The number of direction signs went from eight to 50, and let’s not forget those art murals.
In the survey’s 58 responses, from mostly businesses and building owners, low grades were given for awareness and information sharing. Surdam said that they basically got graded with a C, though she feels they deserve a B+ or A-.
So now, with your help, we will do our own survey.
