CFD Security Cracks Down On Signs

There was a lot of talk about policing underage drinking at CFD this year. But there was something else the CFD security guards were cracking down on: signs.

Saturday night, we met the sweetest lady before the Keith Urban concert. To celebrate her 60th birthday, she and her husband drove all the way to Cheyenne from Maine. When she got the gates, excited to see her favorite musician, the security guards insisted that her sign would not be allowed.

I get it. We all have rules we have to follow at our job. And yes, large signs can block the view of the people around them. But we can cut a lady who came all the way from Maine a break on her 60th birthday? Evidently, we can't.
