Last week, we told you that legendary DJ Casey Kasem was missing, and his daughter had a court order to investigate his whereabouts; now they found him, sort of.

Casey Kasem's family was worried that the radio icon was taken out of the country, but after an investigation, they FOUND him, in Washington state. However, exactly WHERE he is in the state remains a mystery.

According to CNN affiliate KOMO in Seattle, sheriff's deputies in Kitsap County performed a welfare check Tuesday at an address provided by California Adult Protective Services. This was shortly after Casey left a nursing home where he was treated for progressive dementia. They found Casey and his wife visiting others at a home and his wife told deputies that they were just on vacation.  After determining that Casey was not in distress, deputies left.

Even though Casey's daughter Kerri told CNN that "We are grateful to local authorities for finding my dad.  We are one step closer to bringing him home," the family still has "grave concerns about his medical care."  Casey's daughter was given temporary conservatory over her father until another court hearing on June 20th, and according to a representative for the family, she's still worried about her father because the EXACT location of Casey is still being determined.

The family drama has been ongoing for years between Casey's children and his wife  over the care of their father, and last week, it became more serious after two of Casey's daughters visited him in a nursing home.  He was moved later that night and they weren't told WHERE they moved their father.

A representative for the family said,  "The Kasem family will do everything in their power to bring their father home,"  Meantime, Casey, who's no longer able to speak because of his disease, is in Washington state, SOMEWHERE.
