Too Many Drinking And Driving Deaths In Wyoming

Safewise has done a report on the Most Impaired Driving Deaths by state, sadly Wyoming is in the top 10.

After taking the records from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on drunk driving deaths in 2016 and comparing them to the population of each state which was recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau, Safewise did their study based on every 100,000 people per state.  Wyoming ranked number 7, tied with Texas at 5.98.

The states that ranked above Wyoming were: Montana-9.15, South Carolina-7.98, North Dakota-7.28, New Mexico-7.1, Alabam-6.6, South Dakota-6.27.

There is a drunk driving death every 50 minutes in the country.  Next time you go out for a few drinks, be responsible and get a ride.
