The Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department will be moving its COVID-19 testing to the Event Center at Archer tomorrow, Nov. 4.

Around 117 students are currently quarantined.

Next week, the Wyoming Women’s Center will test all inmates and staff.

The Wyoming Department of Corrections will begin testing all inmates and employees for COVID-19 next week, the agency announced Wednesday.

Their exposure is believed to be related to contact with a known positive case.

Officials say another recently publicized case at Life Care Center of Casper was unrelated to that facility as well.

More test results are pending, the department said.

The two primary types of test which are currently available are viral tests and antibody tests.

Wyoming remains the only state with no reported deaths in connection to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Further information about the new Laramie County and Park County cases was not immediately available.
