Three Fires Burning In Wyoming Forests
Wednesday’s wildfire suppression activities on the Russell’s Camp Fire and Fontenelle Fires got a bit of bad news when a new fire to was reported along the Wyoming / Montana boarder - The Index Creek Fire.

Russell’s Camp Fire Now 45% Contained (UPDATE)
Monday’s suppression activities on the Russell’s Camp Fire went well. Crews continued to hold and patrol areas where previous shifts had completed burn out operations. Cooler temperatures and windy conditions did not hamper fire operations.

Fire operations continue as gusty, dry winds mixed down on the fire area. Wind remains a concern along with the increased temperatures and lower relative humidity.
