Officials with Yellowstone National Park have advised that the parkwide fire danger level for the park is "very high and Stage 1 fire restrictions are in effect."
Due to current fire conditions and the anticipated elevated risk of wildfire, Stage 1 fire restrictions were put in place Thursday, July 5 on all National Forest System lands within the Sierra Madre Range and Snowy range on the Medicine Bow National Forest.
