Miranda Lambert's "Pretty Bitchin'" finds the singer reflecting on the hashtag-blessed life she's living. Press play above to hear the brand-new track, released early Thursday morning (Sept. 5).

There's a cosmic, '70s-rock feel to "Pretty Bitchin'" (think the Steve Miller Band's "The Joker"), written by Lambert with Luke Dick, Natalie Hemby and Jon Randall. "I use what I got, I don't let it go to waste / I'm pretty from the back, kinda pretty in the face / I hate to admit it, but it didn't stop me, did it?" she sings in the chorus. "Yeah, life's pretty weird, life's pretty great, life's pretty good if you live it / One, two, three Mississippi, sittin' pretty damn pretty on this pretty life I've been given / It's pretty bitchin'."

"Pretty Bitchin'" is the fifth track that Lambert has shared from her forthcoming new album Wildcard. It follows "Way Too Pretty for Prison," featuring Maren Morris; the calming "Bluebird;" her Love Junkies co-write "It All Comes Out in the Wash;" and the punky "Locomotive."

Lambert co-produced her new project with Jay Joyce rather than her longtime go-to, Frank Liddell. "It was a change, but I wanted to go in a different direction for this one than I have in the past because I feel like I was in a new place," she says. "Jay and I had some new chemistry. Sometimes you have to change it up."

Lambert has hinted that her lengthy break in between albums -- during which she toured, recorded and released a new Pistol Annies record, got married and, in her words, "got to live life and just be a person for a while" -- has resulted in bold new songs. “I would call it old Miranda, but a Miranda at a whole new level, if that makes any sense. It’s not going to be love song overload or anything like that," she explains.

"I made a career on being a rock 'n' roller, and I think fans are going to hear that throughout," Lambert adds. "And yeah, there is this vibe of being happy that goes through this album. I am really, really happy.”

Wildcard, Lambert's seventh major-label studio album, is due out on Nov. 1. She'll celebrate the 14-track project with her Fall 2019 Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour back in 2019. The newest iteration of the all-female trek will begin on Sept. 13 in Uncasville, Conn., and is scheduled to run through Nov. 23, when it will wrap up in Greensboro, N.C. Morris, Elle King, the Pistol AnniesTenille TownesAshley McBryde and Caylee Hammack are all scheduled to appear at various shows.
