Fans at recent country radio station concerts in Buffalo, N.Y., and Lansing, Mich., got a surprise during sets from Randy Houser: Actor Johnny Galecki made a guest appearance on drums.

Galecki helped Houser and his band out during songs at Taste of Country Lansing on Friday night (June 9) and Taste of Country Buffalo on Saturday night (June 10); readers can press play below to see a snippet of the ToC Lansing performance and above to see some footage from ToC Buffalo. A fan at ToC Buffalo shared some pictures of Galecki's performance and said that he "kicked a--" on the drums.

Liz Mantel, one of Buffalo radio station WYRK's morning show co-hosts, tells The Boot that Galecki hung out with Houser and his crew, as well as radio station personnel and VIPs, backstage at ToC Buffalo. He jumped onstage for a song, then watched Houser's set from the side of the stage.

Galecki currently plays Dr. Leonard Hofstadter on The Big Bang Theory; he's also known for his role as David Healy on Roseanne. The actor was one of the presenters during the 2017 CMT Music Awards on Wednesday night (June 7).

According to Rolling Stone, Houser and Galecki teamed up earlier this spring to play for fans in Santa Margarita, Calif., after the Pozo Stampede festival was canceled. The concert was free, but it raised about $18,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During that show, Galecki played guitar for Houser, but during a recent trip to Nashville, Galecki shared on Instagram that he was hanging out in the studio with Houser and playing drums.

Houser will perform at Country Jam Colorado on Thursday (June 15) and Headwaters Country Jam in Montana on Friday (June 16). In August, he'll perform at Wisconsin's Country on the River and Minnesota's WE Fest.
