Gray's Office Working With Rep. Ann Lucas On Legislation

The office is working with House District 43 Rep. Ann Lucas [R-Laramie County] according to a news release from the Secretary of State's Office.

The release quotes Gray as saying  “From day one, our administration has prioritized taking administrative action to dissolve fraudulent business entities in accordance with Wyoming law. As part of our effort to streamline the fraudulent filing reporting process, I am excited to launch our Business Filing Fraud Reporting webpage, which is a one-stop shop for citizens to report false or fraudulent filings so our office can take action in accordance with Wyoming law. I am also excited to announce our collaboration with Representative Lucas, to increase our office’s authority to dissolve entities which have committed fraud on another individual.”

The legislature is scheduled to meet in a Budget session on Monday, February 9. It's scheduled to wrap up no later than March 11.
