Cheyenne Man Wanted on Theft, Fraud Charges Arrested
A 25-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony charges after allegedly using a stolen credit card to purchase more than $1,000 worth of property.
Deputy Executes Arrest Warrant
According to a booking sheet, Robert Levi McDaniel was arrested on a warrant at 10:23 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27 after a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy contacted him at his home in the 900 block of Covered Wagon Drive.
The deputy says McDaniel's warrant was for felony theft and felony credit card fraud.
Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Lee signed the warrant on Sept. 25, 2024.
McDaniel was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.
Bond Set at $3K Cash
McDaniel was seen in Circuit Court on Monday, Sept. 30, during which his bond was set at $3,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 2:30 p.m.
