It’s Not Over – One More Fridays on the Plaza With Soul X

It may be September, but we're going to try to hold on to as much summer as we can for as long as possible. To that end, there is a special extra Fridays on the Plaza concert this week (September 6)!

This week's free concert in the Depot Plaza in downtown Cheyenne will be headlined by Sonic X at 7:00 PM, and opening the show will be The Road at 5:30 PM. Don't forget, there'll be food and beer vendors on-site too.

Headliner Soul X is an 8- to 11-piece variety band that has a rare combination of talent, expertise, versatility, showmanship, and fun! Their interactive, high-energy performance style and exceptional vocals are backed by authentic musicianship. Whether it's current Top 40, Motown, Blues, 80s, Country, Funk or more, Soul X impresses with every genre.

The Road is psychedelic, blues, rock band comprised of musicians who have been playing in Cheyenne over 20 years. They are currently the house band at The Historic Plains Hotel and play a variety of original rock-n-roll songs and classic favorites with an affinity for the obscure.
