LARAMIE – The City of Laramie, in conjunction with Mountain Cement, Pete Lien and Sons, Inc., and Dirt-Tech Excavation and Trucking, combined with all of the generous sponsors, invite you to the 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck Event, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, at the Laramie Ice and Event Center, 3510 Garfield Ave.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, a helicopter from AirLife will also be on display.

Touch-A-Truck is geared around the concept of providing children of all ages an opportunity to experience their favorite trucks and vehicles up close. Free Touch-A-Truck shirts and truck related books, made possible by the event sponsors, will be distributed throughout the day. Children will be able to visit and explore the vehicles on display, ask questions of the operators, and collect Touch-A-Truck trading cards. Food will be available for purchase throughout the day.

This event is free, but donations are encouraged, with all proceeds benefiting the Parks and Recreation Department Scholarship Fund, which truly makes the programs and facilities of the City of Laramie’s Parks and Recreation Department “A place for all.”
