    Greek Festival

    The last weekend of Summer kicks off with an OPA! At the Cheyenne Greek Festival Friday, Sept. 15 from 4 – 10 p.m. at the Frontier Park Exhibition Hall at 1219 W. 8th Ave. It will continue on Saturday from 11 – 8.

    Freedom's Edge Street Party

    The weekend also includes the Second Annual Freedom’s Edge Street Party.

    “We will be closing down Pioneer Avenue on Saturday September 16th from 1 – 9 to wrap the summer season up with one last block party! Come out and have some fun with us!”

     

    Freedom’s Edge Brewing Company at 1509 Pioneer Ave, will feature Beer, Food, live music and games. The Daily Press food truck can provide a great Panini to go with your pint. Kurt Humann and Jennifer Lockwood along with her electric cello & Josh Gonzales Band will provide live music.

    Celebrate with Survivors

    And there is a celebration of life with free barbecue from Dickey’s for cancer survivors at 11 am on Saturday. There will also be free makeovers for women survivors at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, 310 E. 24th Street.
